TRAINING THE RIGHT LEADERS THE RIGHT WAY
The Bible sets the qualifications for Christian leadership (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1; 1 Peter 5). At the Equip Institute, our goal is to train gifted and faithful leaders who meet these biblical standards and have a clear call to ministry, not simply those who can afford it. As such, we select leaders for training based on these qualifications and commit to raising the necessary resources.
