The Call is Clear

We are called to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples.

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:18-20

And [Jesus] said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation…”

Mark 16:15

And he [Jesus] said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 

Luke 24:46-48

[Jesus] said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”

John 20:21

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my [Jesus] witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
